SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1) This order is subject to the acceptance of the publisher.  The publisher maintains the right to refuse any ad or article that is deemed inconsistent with the standard, ideals, & values of Colorado Wedding Network.
2) All orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable.  Orders may be adjusted at publishers discretion.
3) It is understood that advertisers submitting advertisements and/or artwork have full rights to publish the contents including photos, images, logos, personality likenesses, and quotations.  Advertisers and/or agencies agree to indemnify and hold Colorado Wedding Network and its publications harmless against any exposure or loss by reason of any claims against advertiser.
4) Publisher is not liable for delays in delivery or non-delivery (of printed magazine) in the event of acts of God, labor, material shortage, work slowdown, or any conditions beyond the control of publisher.  The publisher has a 180 day window of delivery from the projected publish date(s) in which this service agreement will remain valid & payment arrangements described in this agreement must be upheld and paid to publisher.  In the event publisher fails to publish during this timeframe, the publisher /advertiser may opt-out of the service agreement and a refund will be executed within 180days after said window expires.
5) Additional items that may be included in service agreement/service order are:  Service Lists, Rate Cards/Sheets, Estimates/Proposals, Service/Product Order Forms, Copyright Releases, Artwork, and Billing Statements.  Not all of the items listed are required to constitute an agreement.  There are no agreements other than set forth herein.
6) Preferred art formats are Illustrator EPS, Photoshop files (all fonts outlined) or Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files with fonts embedded.  Any other art format submitted by advertisers may incur an art charge (at current rates) for re-configuration.  All art must be high resolution (300dpi) files.  If advertiser does not provide Print Ready Digital Art, Colorado Wedding Network can provide art creation services for an additional 50% of ad rate not including photography.

7) Deadlines for magazine publication artwork is as follows:

Failure to provide art material by deadlines will forfeit ad space and client will be billed at 100% of ad rate.
8) Colorado Wedding Network adheres to industry graphic art standards for calibration & reproduction.  Due to limitations of customers proofing devices and the variations in monitors, printers, and displays; we cannot guarantee that reproductions will match submitted artwork.
9) Payment for magazine publication is as follows:  
50% due at signing of service agreement, remaining 50% due at ad proofing.
Payment for on-line advertising is as follows:
Month to month agreements must submit 3 months of service fees upon order and following monthly advertising service fees will be automatically charged to credit card monthly until notice of cancellation.
Yearly agreements must submit 100% of rate upon order to receive discount.
Colorado Wedding Network accepts Checks, Visa, Mastercard, & American Express.  Checks are to be made payable to Colorado Wedding Network.  Clients using credit cards will have the transaction(s) noted as Colorado Wedding Network on their statements.  Returned checks and credit card charge-backs will incur a $50.00 fee plus collection costs.
10) Upon failure or neglect of advertiser to pay publisher or provide material in accordance of agreement, the entire balance shall become due and payable at once in the equivalence of U.S. Dollars.  In the event that it becomes necessary to have an attorney or collection agency make demand for payment, or if suit is instituted to collect funds for publication, on-line advertising, referral list, or any other services provided to advertiser; the advertiser will be responsible for publishers attorney fees and collection costs.  
A 2% monthly fee will be assessed to past due accounts.
